360 Media UK hosted a private party for Drake and OVOXO at Low Members Club.
360 Media UK and Low went into partnership to host a private party for bestselling rapper and singer Drake. The concept was to create an exclusive ‘house party’ feel for the event, with hand chosen hosts, guests and entertainment. Low fitted the specification for the 360 Media UK event perfectly and so the work began.
360 Media UK managed the event from start to finish. First thing first was to choose the hottest host for the evening, someone who could make the event a success, pull in a crowd and most importantly get the crowd going. Drake’s official DJ, Future The Prince, was approached via in house contacts and the contract was sealed.
Once the venue was chosen and the hosts were booked, a guest list of hand chosen invitees including leading sports and entertainment celebrities as well as London socialites was drawn up. 360 Media UK designed and oversaw the production of bespoke invites for the 250 plus guests. In addition, 360 Media UK, designed and oversaw the production of a press board which celebrities could be photographed in front of.
Once the promotion material was distributed, the finishing touches were arranged with the venue. A highly trained security team, used to dealing with celebrities was put in place and the venue layout and table arrangements were finalised.
The word of mouth event was attended by hand selected press contacts, whom we have built and nurtured a personal relationship with. The absence of lots of journalists and photographers meant that the celebrities in the house were comfortable and relaxed..
The exclusive 360 Media UK party was a real success. Not only did Future The Prince host the evening but Drake and his entourage came and partied with 360 Media UK and brought along a special guest, Rihanna. The Bajan beauty heard the 360 Media UK party was the hottest ticket in town and had to stop by. And if that wasn’t enough footballers Bacary Sagna and John Carew as well as rappers Sincere and Fazer joined the party.
The private party made online headlines across the world on celebrity interest sites including Pappzd, Bossip, MTV, Entertainment Wise, The YBF, The Urban Daily as well as securing national coverage in Pride magazine with a circulation of 60k.
Low was an excellent partner to work with, the club’s exclusive location and feel worked well with the vibe of the evening and its experience with celebrity events shone through. fruitful project.
